Esports Explore!
Emerald Esports and the Lancaster Chamber have created a pilot program through the PASmart Grant that addresses an unmet need in student career readiness development by engaging youth in core competency identification and exploration.
Esports Explore! is a career-focused program led by trained business professionals created to cultivate students’ self-awareness and connect their skills to opportunities in the business community. Through funds from a 2019-2020 PA Smart Grant and partnership with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, we are piloting our career development program in Spring 2021 in partnership with several school districts.
